To explain the special forces scene with Eddie Brock- The host of the symbiote has enhanced strength, speed, and should have fast recovery (not wolverine level healing though) so that alone would make it possible for him to over power her in my eyes

28:59 the family alien hunting together almost seems normal. I live in rural ass farm Amish Pennsylvania and taking your kids outta school to be homeschooled by parents (who I watched struggle to pass most classes senior year when I got here) is pretty normal. Godforbid the school full of religious freaks with graduating classes of 150 would “Start teaching their kids about trans communists who wanna go to the bathroom with an audience” (yes this is almost a direct quote.) So a family alien hunting together is pretty wholesome sounding…
