I was born and lived in FL my whole life.

One day in Orlando we had a very small earthquake. It was such a big deal to everyone. I'd never experienced it before in my life before or since.

I have only experienced an earth quake once in my life. It was very confusing as i was sitting on my couch when it suddenly started shacking violently. At first i thought there was an animal below my couch. ^^

My Earthquake experience: "Is there a train running nearby? Or, like, a jet got lost and is idling down the street while figuring out how to get back to the runway? *distant rubble crashing sounds*" Then my dad showed up an hour later and was like, "did you feel the Earthquake earlier?" and I was all like, "Oh, now that train-like vibrating makes more sense."

So if you want the Earthquake experience, hang out within a block or two of some train tracks for a while, I guess?
