Imagine the time when he will read Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (seventh book). He will have his MIND BLOWN! At least that's how it is to me when I read the book the first time.

Several people have pointed out that the fact that the bogart turns in to Snape for Neville shows just how nasty Snape is to him. It really is awful for a professor to go out of his way to humiliate students the way Snape does. Also, the kids are still kids at this point–they haven't experienced too many incredibly horrifying things, and they've been kept pretty safe by their professors, the Ministry, etc. up to this point.

Snape kind of bullies Neville, so it does make sense that he would be afraid of him. Especially since he's a teacher who has the power to humiliate him, and can decide what will happen to him, at least in his own class (for example, he could fail him and let the Slytherin students bully him, if they please).

Your pronouncing Boggart right, no worries, but the Riddikulus spell is more pronounced like the word "ridiculous"

I found when I watched the movies that helped me a lot with the stuff and named I was completely lost on (looking at you Professor McGonagall)
It's real fun to see your Harry Potter adventure unfolding. You have the same questions we all did, and I just hope you love it as much as we did. Trust me, the books do start getting a bit mature after this one.

Well, to be fair, Hagrid SHOULD be fired. You can't take a bunch of kids to see a dangerous animal and expect none of them to aggravate it. Specially when you already know that some of those kids are assholes, and when you've never taught them anything about that animal before.

Neville is really important and really an awesome character. I really hope you will grow to like him.

Neville's worst fear was prof. Snape because he always bullies him and tries to find ways to humiliate him. Neville is already convinced of his own inadequacy and having a figure of authority and with power over him constantly reminding him of that is no fun. Neville is a 13 year old boy at the bottom end of the food chain, Snape is a creepy man who clearly hates him and enjoys seeing him miserable. He's basically the boogeyman incarnate to poor Neville.
Also, about the Dementors, according to the author, they represent depression. I think they are inhuman creatures; they drain you of any happiness and will to live, making the prisoners in Azkaban stew in their own guilt, anger, sadness, regret etc., to the point where the prisoners can become insane.

Comedy is typically thought of as being the antidote for fear, so that's why you turn the boggart into something funny. The message is that when you laugh at what you're afraid of it loses its power over you……less metaphorically boggarts don't like being laughed at.
