My biggest thought on the government being able to suppress a rebellion with armed forces is that if there is a critical mass of individuals with no condifence in the government and rebell, should a government that failed those people, legally, be able to repress that rebellion? That seems simply like authoritarian stabalization and stifling much needed change.

Him sending troops to famously democratic areas is just so reminiscent of how the nazi party would roam around anarchist and leftwing areas of the Weimar republic to instigate violence of some sort, which the party would later use as a way to propagandize how they would stop the very same violence they pulled out of people.
This administration is begging for us to fight back outside of the courts and on the streets, it would only benefit their cause.

The real reason for title ten is much more sinister.
With the White House declaring ANTIFA a terrorist organization, Trump can have anyone who apposes him arrested. He's also wants to normalize the military being in the streets.
This way, it won't seem so egregious when Republicans lose an election. Then Trump can claim fraud and have the military, seize the ballot boxes to throw the votes counted, changing the election in his favor.
Pam Bondie is a criminal and should be given a fair trial followed by a first class ticket to a federal prison.
