I how disappointed he is that she is not underage. Even when I was a tween I was like, "ew." I know it's a fantasy for teens to sleep with their teachers. Not me. I hated pervy men with a passion.

Was there a "adult pretending to be in high school" genre at the time? I remember several movies with that as a plot point, including "Hiding Out", starring John Crier.

Nothing to do with this film – But I just randomly remembered the Movie The Woman in Red. Movie is about Gene Wilder as a married man trying his hardest to have an affair and it has to be one of the strangest films of that era I've ever seen, And I love weird crap.

If you switch the genders, i don't think this movie would be as cute. I just saw this once when i was in grade school and just thought it was some corny modern take on a fairy tale. As an adult, this raises eyebrows. I also think Drew got away with this because she was just young enough to pull off the young 20s woman wanting to relive prom night but gone right.

I feel like Drew's character should have been charged with something. In the very least, she must have committed fraud to get into that school. Like they don't let adults into highschool for funsies. The PTA would be calling for blood.

While everyone is creeped by the teacher, everyone forgets that her brother infiltrates the school and tries to get people to like her by telling them she is the best s** he ever had. WHY DOES NO ONE EVER MENTION THIS???😮😂. Surely, that's worse. Even if they don't know that they are related until she outs him at the prom.

Teacher slipping out after learning she isn't a 15 year old high school student is an odd choice, but hey, that's why the "great" in This Aged Great is meant to be ironic.
