As someone who has had their share of childhood "stuff" I highly recommend Dr. Joe Dispenza and Bruce Lipton for "reprogramming" your subconscious. A child's Reality is formed the first 7 years and will be the foundation for your adulthood. Are you living your own authentic self? Or the dysfunction of someone from your childhood.

A 20+ year veteran in Corrections tells me that 80% of the criminals under his supervision are in prison for ''some kind of payback.'' Someone did something to them, or someone they know, and they got revenge.
IF you can stop yourself from getting that vengeance, you can live a long, happy life outside prison.
