The history of Black people’s relationship with the police is complicated. From hate to love and everything in between, Black America has tried everything to negotiate its relationship with law enforcement. All while enduring a nearly endless stream of discourse about crime in low income Black communities. In this video, I turn the attention away from Black on Black crime, and toward the failed tough on crime projects, often led by Black elected officials and cosigned by Black community members.

Google "income by race America". Indians from india and their kids for multiple generations are on the top. Black people on the bottom. That's not a coincidence. Indians are the most successful people in every country they are in. Stop making excuses for your lack of success. The problem is you.

Back during the 80's while visting a friend in SE WASH D.C.in a low rent neighborhood I walked into a group of people standing around 3 or 4 young teens dead in the court yard I asked what happened was there a shootout I was told "Hell no, jump outs."

When the money is allocated to the militarization of law enforcement instead of infrastructure and investing in these communities, these things will continue. It's much easier to make a profit utilizing the school to prison pipeline and impose 21st century vagrancy laws instead of investing in the people. That's one of the many evils of capitalism and exploitation.

If you really want to understand why Baltimore got its reputation for violence…

It is tightly linked with why Baltimore has so many thousands of abandoned homes, and basically all of the other problems…

For a time Baltimore was a great city for the working class (of any race). There were lots of good paying jobs that seemed to have security.
The working class, black & white, were generally doing well. Home ownership was high; the arts, culture & entertainment were thriving.
But, just like it happened in the rest of the country, these jobs started going away. Companies began to realize they could increase their profits by moving operations to poorer countries. Plus, many of those other, poorer countries were beginning to provide the same products and services at a cheaper rate. Especially industrial & manufacturing jobs.

It happened a bit slower in Baltimore than in some other cities, and for a variety of reasons people expected other jobs would come to replace those that were lost, and sometimes a few did.
In the end, hardly anyone left Baltimore while they had the means (and as they did to some degree in other cities) because they expected jobs to come back. But that didn't happen, the city only lost more and more jobs!
Unemployment was through the roof, the social assistance programs & systems were overwhelmed and unable to meet the need.
Everything started breaking down, even though many who defaulted weren't even being evicted, they couldn't afford the essentials for survival, much less to maintain their properties. With no work available people became increasingly desperate to just survive. The two main coping responses were:
    1. denial & escape topically through some chemical means leading to addiction
    2. find out create some way of meeting one's needs. Possibilities for this that were legal were almost non-existent.

When you have a large number of people in a fairly small area and an insufficient availability of basic resources for survival, violence eventually becomes inevitable.

And while all of this was playing out Baltimore was also plagued with city leaders & police that were especially corrupt, and the police were especially violent which was like throwing gas on a fire.

Baltimore still has an incredible number of homeless who are nearly impossible to count because so many of them shelter in the thousands of abandoned buildings all over the city.
Baltimore also has a huge & widespread addiction situation which includes far more than just the homeless. And this is supported by several areas of 24 hr open-air drug markets that the police don't even attempt to crack down on. The objective of the police is just to keep it from spreading and minimize extreme & excessive violence.
They're have been at least two mass overdose/poisoning events this summer alone!
There is also still very high unemployment rates, and generally lower salaries for extant jobs.

Although, it is true that things have improved remarkably especially over the last 10-20 years.

But such a deep rooted culture of violence can not be changed quickly or easily.

This is clearly an over simplification. And I can't guarantee my response is free of inaccuracies, mistakes or misunderstandings. But it is not my intention to mislead and I've tried to answer your question to the best of my understanding based on what I've seen, experienced, been told and learned from personal research.

Your 🐂💩 '' l am right because I'm white and l say so'' lies hold no powers on this channel.

Who do you WS anti-Black racists, think you are fooling with your blatant lies and propaganda⁉️

Jeffrey Epstein is a White man, yes a White man, no different to your white European Amerikkkab, cosplaying as a $5.00 native indigenous Indian.

Your claim that Black Americans are responsible for a majority of USA school shootings and Mass Shootings is comical and not even worth debunking.

We know your European Amerikkkan history is full of genocide, mass slaughter, enslavement of Black Americans, lynchings/crimes against humanity serve on Black Americans, Jim. Crow reich laws, foreign imperialist wars….. Hence you ban Black American history because it shine bright and expose your evil history of death and destruction on the native American Indian man country.

No, you need to focus on your WS anti-Black racist European Amerikkkans and their WOW crime epidemic.

You refusal to focus on your WOW crimes, is the reason why, your fellow WS maga, Republikkkan, transformer lover man and Mormon theocratic fascist, made your WS leader, CK lean left and became earth food for worms and bugs.

Again, go sort out your Wrong Turn folks.

    Now do one and forty.

We need a video about the division being pushed between the “right” vs the “left” and how they are galvanizing the people to fight when they are actually friends who golf and drink together letting the public kill each other for clicks

"guns just randomly showing up" Mayor Brandon Scott. Many of us have long believed the police and/or other agents of the state flooded the hood with guns. Id be curious to know what that rabbit hole looks like.
