   I love this feeling when you ship someone but dont expect anything to actually happen between them since that's how animes usually goes but then something actually happens. This scene had me euphoric…

   Amazing he was able to recover from a harpoon through the gut. I mean he ain't Inuyasha.
   The assassin having multiple personalities though, felt a bit tacked on there for no really reason. I mean yeah the Clark Kent thing is obvious but it just felt like artificial drama in a way to need to have the multiple personalities thing be the thing, especially given his introduction at this late stage. Least that's what I thought.

   @4:20 ahhhh. So "HQ" has the same condition that Shinobu Sensui had in YYH. It's a scenario I don't hear used much personally, but is interesting when I come across shows that do.

   (Sorry for writing so much… but I couldn't put things into any shorter form… 😄🤎) I don't know what anyone thinks… but I wouldn't have minded if Axel and Christine didn't kiss 🤔✨… Honestly, I didn't really feel the romantic chemistry between them during the episodes… sometimes I felt like Christine was everyone's mother or sister, even Axel -> Not to mention that Christine had an ex-girlfriend, and if you look closely at the episode and the subtitles, where the ex-girlfriend is also present (episode 8), you'll realize that the two girls never really closed their love and that they continued to love each other until Christine's love died (and in episode 8, if you pay attention to the dialogue, you realize that they really still loved each other)… and they also show Axel standing there as a sad best friend, watching how the two girls clearly still love each other, and how sadly their love ended… and let's not forget that in the anime, only a few days have passed since Christine's love died… so it's still fresh, which is why the kiss in episode 12 is interesting… and yes only Axel went into the tower to save Christine since Axel is the most experienced in getting anywhere with stunts… and yes, Axel was the first one at the beginning of the episode to say he would save Christine, but since it's a team, of course they save her, but it all started because of Leland's concern, and eventually the whole team wanted to save her… then after episode 8 it was completely weird for me to see and think that we should see Christine and Axel together… I would also like to mention that during the episodes I didn't see their relationship developing in a way that would lead to love…

   And so the kiss in the penultimate episode was something that I didn't really feel like I should have 😕💫… I agree a little that the kiss was necessary because Christine's character development required her to accept herself with all her actions and mistakes… it could also be that she kissed Axel because she's never kissed a boy before, and if she only has 1 day left, she'll experience that too… Even in these scenes, it's clear that they don't see each other that way… they only had to be "love" paired up in episode 4 because of the assignment… if Christine doesn't bring up this idea, Axel won't even think about it, and when she told Axel about this plan… Axel didn't react as if he was excited about having to act like a "love" couple with Christine… in fact, Axel didn't care at all about how they got into the club Similarly, the additional fight seen at the end of episode 4 makes the idea of ​​the love pair a bit strange, as you can't really see anything beyond friendship… a team of 6, 3 of whom fight well… of course they help each other, just like Axel and Christine helped each other at the end of the episode in a situation where they were forced to touch each other with their bodies due to the fight… -> For me, the duo of Doug and Christine was one where there could be love between them… because both of them were like two parents or two older brothers to the young ones (sometimes even to Axel)… but even between Leland and Eleina I felt a little more that there could be some kind of love between them, especially during the 6 episodes… but even in the first 4 episodes Leland tells Doug (if I remember correctly, he tells Doug…) that Eleina is so nice and innocent compared to what her job is -> I'll go back to the kiss in episode 12… yes, Axel's heart monitor (sorry, I can't think of the English word to use…) started beeping faster, meaning his heart started beating faster… in a situation where you're unexpectedly kissed, there are several reasons why a person's heart can start beating faster… and not, because you are in love with that person… and again, people just remember that Christine was there when Axel was dying, and when they talked afterwards in the hospital… again, this doesn't make sense, because in the anime, their relationship didn't really develop to the point where they became lovers -> Christine and Axel's conversation in the hospital also reveals a very close friendship (like family, siblings…), they acknowledge each other, and that this ‘Lazarus’ team was the best thing that could have happened to them… even if they say something that might make people think that there could be love between Axel and Christinne… I think it's not only that that's visible, but also the family they've found, the brotherhood, the very good friends 🥺💛… that's why it's strange to me whether that kiss was really necessary or not… but Leland already hints in episode 7 that this team is the best thing that could have happened to them… it was only in later episodes that the others acknowledged this fact… -> By the way, I haven't seen Shinichiro Watanabe's other works, but I've looked into them and read about them, for example the anime 'Cowboy Bebop', which people compare 'Lazarus' to… yes, there are similarities, but it's pretty sad that Shinichiro Watanabe has said several times that he wants to tell a completely different story with different characters, yet 'Lazarus' is compared to 'Cowboy Bebop'… and that because of that they are hoping that if Spike and Julia couldn't be together in 'Cowboy Bebop', then Axel and Christine can be together in 'Lazarus'… the only problem is that Christine and Axel's relationship didn't develop in a way that could hint at love, and it seems that the anime itself won't get a second season, and that the anime will be completely closed with episode 13… because we got everything answered and there were no questions left, so I don't know what they could tell us in a second season… And ‘Lazarus’ might be a one-season anime with less than 20 episodes, while ‘Cowboy Bebop’ only had one season with more than 20 episodes, plus a movie, so if we start from that, and Shinichirō Watanabe likes to plan anime for just one season, then a second season of ‘Lazarus’ seems pretty impossible… and I don't think it's really a problem that no one has a love story in the 'Lazarus' anime… sometimes it's nice to see anime where there's no need for love to have a story… so this anime is good the way it is -> This is my opinion, if I offended anyone, I apologize, it wasn't my intention… There may be spelling and grammatical errors, I wrote faster somewhere, so there may be even more spelling errors… English is not my native language, so it's harder for me to communicate with it! 🤧❤️‍🩹

    I knew it, i saw future in these two since episode 1, I really like this couple, they make great team work and I was expecting a kiss like a final wish

    Axel didn't even kiss back, the heartbeat quickening was so normal. I doubt he holds any romantic feelings.

    At the same time, I think that's also the same for Chris. The world is going to end so she just asked on a whim. Maybe she never kissed a man so she wanted to try.

    I don't think this scene is romantic at all.

    I think it’s such a downer that the episodes are initially released with American voices only, on Netflix. Weeks later, the Japanese audio becomes available. What’s the deal with that?
