Colonialism has affected my country hugely and still has effects in my country to this day (Ireland). Our language nearly died out. We were starved to death in the millions etc etc. The first suggestion seems very down my road

It`s good to have a place like this “fetching lobon only” (Google it) where you can discover and read most of the books. No glitches No errors.simple to go. Its a significant source for anyone who like reading. The selection of books is very intensive. You can have a lot of things to read about.

Thanks for the suggestions, will definitely check out "Postcapitalism" and "The Second Sex" sounds fascinating. In case you are interested, Kahneman's book is (rightly) thought of as a classic of cognitive psychology and I definitely think it should be read. But there are problems with it e.g it's confidence in some phenomena we now have good evidence to believe is untrue e.g. priming, ego depletion, to name a few.

This is a little off topic, but I think it would be be cool if you made a compilation video of each of the times you've taught us to pronounce philosopher's names by using funny pictures. I love those bits.

When we talk about "Neo-Liberalism" are we not simply referring to any and all compromises between the state, the free Market & the individual? The term is writhe with contextual inefficiencies. Stakeholder theory is way more structurally sound.

Love "Thinking Fast and Slow"! It's been the most influential book for me in changing the way I think. I know that sounds cliché, but while other books have made me aware of topics, this one caused me to re-evaluate the way I even come to conclusions.

Kahnemann's book is one of the few I've read which radically changed my outlook on life. I recommend it to anyone who is serious about understanding the inherent flaws in our heuristically driven thinking. It's a little dry at times but if you want something similar in topic but a it more engaging, I'd recommend the work of Dan Arielly.
