I’ve got an episode for you that’s sure to be a game changer. Gary Brecka, a renowned human biologist, biohacker, and co-founder of 10X Health System is joining me for a conversation that’s going to set the record straight.

If learning how to dominate, do the impossible, and unlock capabilities gets you excited, we’re going to lay out the path from dreaming about it to actually doing it.

You’re going to understand multiple ways biology is controlling your mindset and how discipline can cut through your bad habits. I always say, you’re having a biological experience, and Gary is bringing the science to back it up.

Ask yourself – what vices are destroying your potential? Sugar, alcohol, weed? Or is it gambling and porn. For sure we all have an addiction to control, and according to Gary, these vices make us inefficient at being able to succeed.

Join us as we journey down the path to winning. We’ll delve into how dopamine deficiency drives addictive behavior, and reveal why it’s not the high you’re really chasing. Searching for normalcy can lead us to strange habits.

This is more than just an interview. It’s a wake-up call to take control of your biological experience if you’re serious about the success you say you’re after.

Are you ready? Let’s dive in.

I have noticed weed is beneficial when used in certain situations like sleepless nights and stressful situations. But smoking because your bored will destroy you. I learned this the hard way. I use weed as a remedy these days instead of using for entertainment. Sugar and alcohol have 0 positive effects.

One thing stood out. He was medical records and he is not wrong about the misdiagnoses. But let’s not forget anyone who has been sick chronically know that Doctors put inaccurate stuff in patients records they just make up stuff . They write in test that haven’t been done or don’t do the tests that needed to be done and check it of as truth. They assign everything to anxiety and depression which is medieval

Saying the rna doesn't degrade because it synthetic sounds weak to me.
Synthetic oil is still oil. It has been cracked and reassemled to have a narrower band of hydrocarbons. It lasts longer but still degrades.
    Something to study.

Tom is absolutely correct to push back on the “because it’s synthetic” explanation of why synthetic rna messages don’t degrade. When pressed enough Gary has no answer for this important question.

I love Gary but people have to have a healthy amount of skepticism when listening to his speaches as he's not exactly correct all the time. Props to Tom for standing up on his opinion when it comes to vaccines, because what Gary said about mRNA – that it's non-biodegradable, is total nonsense.

Molecularly when you're talking about the MRNA what he's trying to say is synthetic is similar to a forever chemical or a plastic meaning your body cannot break it down because it's not organic and the thing that it's missing is that it's not organic it's not carbon we are made of carbon everything around us is part carbon all organic organism things those are things that break down 10 things that we can break down so because it can't be broken down because it's not a carbon-based organism it's synthetic it's plastic it's it's a forever chemical it's not it's not organic with a carbon molecule we can't break it down that's what he's saying the missing molecular structure is carbon. If I'm understanding him correctly

Great discussion!! Brecka is great! The only annoying part was at the end when the host cannot understand mRNA. Let Brecka speak if you don't have the background for the biological processes.

Been listening for 2.5 hrs and he hasn't said a thing about weed! Why the misinformation in the title? I was specifically looking for info in that arena, so it was a complete waste of time for me.

Tom, I really wish you’d give the stage to Gary. Respectfully I will say that I often find what you do input is of not much nutritional value and instead there to boast about yourself and your “discipline” and “wisdom” … it’s a turn off man.

Glad Gary left “Health Insurance” which they denied so many Americans the care they need in order to live. Gary knows it is better to help Americans live full lives healthy and is finding away.

My addiction is the opposite. Fitness is my addiction. I don’t drink, don’t do drugs, eat a little sugar but not much, not on social media, not a binge watcher…my only addiction is fitness. That can be lifting weights, cardio, Muay Thai, boxing, jiu jitsu, yoga…

I can't say for certain I have ever woken up laughing, but I know I came damn close at least once. I had a broken rib and I woke to an exceedingly sharp pain … my girlfriend had elbowed me very hard in the area of said rib. When I exclaimed "<name of girlfriend> What the fuck!!!? She exclaimed "I had a dream you were cheating on me!" Not only could I not help laughing hysterically, the pain caused by this (again … broken rib, now just hammered hard) did nothing to stop my laughter.

    Good times 🙂

Never drank or smoked but I loved chocolate, which I had to give up several years ago because of diabetes.. I used to swim laps at the local pool, but now I walk daily and eat less and I am more happier and thinner. I think it's all about inhaling healthy oxygen early in the morning.. LOL..

Do not stay alco daily. Do not! Stop weedin' frequently. Enough! Yeah, You, buddie, stop that today. Your Body is your God. Love it. Respect it. Save it. God bless you.

I see a lot of people complaiming about Tom interrupting Gary and usually this is a negative with people like Gary Brecka. But Tom is very good at what he does and knows when Gary is given the stage he can become very repetitive with his information from podcast to podcast. Its almost like a copy and paste job. Toms trying to open up new avenues of conversation and send the conversation in new directions. As much as i idolise Gary,we still got a lot of copy and paste answers 😂

Boy this guy (Tom) just loves to keep talking about him…. I I I it's all about him, spoils the whole interview. Probably just me but drove me crazy.
