INFO: Ty Segall is a singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from California with a prolific solo career. After finding an interest in garage rock in his teens, he started playing in different bands, eventually leading his own projects. His music varies from punk, noise, psychedelic and other types of rock. Fried Shallots is only one in a series of EPs he has released in addition to his 9 full-length albums.

qotsa and beach boys comparisons are a bit out there. Why not compare him to diana ross? She was also using a microphone to perform on stage. Coincidence? I don't think so!

Ty Segall is a garage rock god! This album is so rad Ty Segall is really a diverse artist and I feel like the folk song added so much to the album. I highly recommend this album to anyone with a taste for badass music.

I'm also from Orange County and can confirm what he's saying about what the area is like 😂 but also, if you want something great by him, Slaugherhouse is the album if you want really really good rock music👌🏽 or even his album Emotional Mugger, which is his weirdest album by far.
Also, just outta curiosity, where are you from? And why not call this an EP since that's what it is?
