Earth isnt a nice planet to take over , a thick atmosphere , liquid water , and that is very corrosive , all sort of organisms who will comprimise alloys , no mars and the moons of Jupiter and the other gasgiants are much more interessing , and easier to terraform , even the moon will be more interessing than earth , earth is only important for us , new what if: aliens Will terraform mars

Metals, gas, water or any kind of resources are abundant everywhere in the universe. They don't have to travel million of light years through space just to collect them from our planet.
And no, they won't need us human to be their slave too. Its gonna be easier for them to create robots to do whatever they need them to do. Humans are not that reliable anyway.
