I’m hoping that as being part Native American myself and needing to “numb my pain” , I can get some of my brothers and sisters to give yoga some consideration as this spiritual practice can be put to such valuable use for our healing and spiritual growth. 🏃♀️

Settler colonial states do not have sovereign right to recognize their settlers as "tribes". Stop giving pretendians a platform. Doing so, is contributing to our erasure and is self inflicted replacement.
