3:01 supposedly Ft. Knox has hidden automated pop-up miniguns that fire on any unauthorized person or vehicle. There is no solid evidence of this that I can find, but with all the other crazy things the ARMY has done in the past, I wouldnt be one bit surprised if its totally true.

I have an idea to make money tied to value generation. We require individuals and investment entities that want to invest in the public markets have to hold a percentage of their net worth in active, taxable, domestic income-generating assets (rent, operating income, small-business profits, taxable cash flows not paper value, ect). The government takes a large defined percentage of the holdings' returns from this and funnels it all into an new federal department that buys abandoned buildings and land and fixes them up into public infrastructure that collectively pays for eachother so public infrastructure that isn't as profitable can still be done if it benifits Americans, likes parks, hospitals, Internet, renewable electricity, transit hubs, mixed-use redevelopments, rural water systems, stuff people need, making capitalism pay for itself, and take care of the people that need it, so they can make us the things we need, while by proxy keeping prices down because the government is required to keep prices as low as possible and make minimal profit, so places where this happens will have bubbles pop because the true value will be shown, and what's build will be voted on by the community the project is in, and what it allowed by local laws and statutes.

Getting rid of the gold standard was literally the government's idea for an infinite money glitch.

Gold has never changed in value. Money has deflated. But trust that everything is fine, or else it won't be.

    Sleep well! 😊

I am so entirely bent on being a socialist community. I'm either going to become president and fix things or buy some land and make my own little community.
Don't you think that sounds nice? A little town ran by a furry…

Do NOT tell bro about the backing in influence of the United States industry and influence behind the dollar and how that is extremely valuable. On a real note ts better be satire because as someone who has studied business and economy it hurts my soul to watch.

    Devil's advocate for cryptocurrency:
It's the closest thing we have to the perfect currency, which is energy. Sure, there're some flaws like hacking, scamming, and the mining process in general, but imagine if we cut all these extra steps and traded pure energy. It'd be against the law to counterfeit…. not any human laws, but the laws of the universe. You can't inflate/deflate the supply either for the same reason, and it will have infinite utility forever due to its inherent value.

unfortunately it's so much worse than that, but you said it near the start – we're selling our actual, literal, tangible TIME for money… and the rich play dirty with our time. and we let them.

Given the amount of cash you must be raking in from nearly 2 million subscribers, if you feel that nervous when you receive a bill you should probably (very genuinely) start seeing a psychologist to find out if you have an anxiety disorder.

The concept of inflation is so funny to me because the amount a dollar is worth is something that is man made so in turn you should be able to print as much money as you want and give as much as you want to whoever you want with nothing else other than that person or those people receiving the money just getting more money. Like I know I didn’t explain it great but I feel like someone is going to understand what I’m saying here.

My problem with commodity based money like the gold standard that no gold standard supporter has ever been able to answer me is: wtf makes gold valuable? The price of gold is only what it is cause people think it's shiny and cool looking but it has not intrinsic value, if the Aztecs became a centralized state and conquered parts of Europe we would be talking about the chocolate standard. It's all arbitrary. All value is just was people feel at the time. Nothing means anything. We're all gonna die. Synechdoche New York.

In the grand scheme of things money only has value because not everyone has a lot of it it’s easy to think if money is just everyone agreeing that it’s real and has value and nothing tangible then why should it matter if more money is printed just keep believing in the value 🤣

In my 6th grade class we had an in-class currency and at the end of the year we could all bring stuff to trade with and I was the one to learn that when everything becomes the end it makes it so I'm not a multi-millionaire in class money but instead someone with a bunch of paper and a snowcone

Some guy once told me that it's a good thing actually that rich people don't have to ever be taxed or held accountable.
Because if we were to actually hold them to shit, they'll just leave the country, and take all the jobs they provide with them.

And I just… like, Jesus Christ, we are cooked.
