I love how nobody in the comments is taking this video seriously and is accepting their fate, myself included. Let’s all stand together against this and show how binge watching has transformed our lives into fun!

Don’t worry guys, I did the math:

    Say you’re someone who watches 10 hours of TV a day: 22 x 10 = 220
    Amount you watch in a year: 220 x 365 = 80300 minutes a year
If you do it for 50 years after you’re 25 to the age of 75: 80300 x 50 = 4015000 minutes (which is the equivalent to about 7 years taken off your life)
Life expectancy in my country: 83.20 years
    83.20 – 7 = 76.20
That’s still a very long time for me to live, your life won’t be cut off that short.

Scientists: studies have shown that overusing screens may increase your risk for chronic disease
Me, after 1,0000 hours online vegan nutrition research: case-control studies or randomized control trials?

Yes it's bad, especially if you get tinnitus. You're better off spoiling long drawn out shows and think that they're stupid for being slow paced and long and that they're worth a skip.

I never like binge watching shows for some reason. I always watch one episode a day or a week cuz I like to wait for the thrill for a whole big amount of time and shows are like a treat to me at the end of the day. Moreover I hate that watching my favourite shows end so quickly, I like to go slower 😏😏
