    I have a theory that the “science” behind them is just bcuz it’s a confidence booster if someone THINKS they’re going faster or being stronger then they’ll THINK they really are

    i feel like you were just getting better each time you tried balancing due to the practise effect. it would be really difficult to ascertain if the bands were doing anything when there is already a good body of evidence to support the fact that people tend to get better at things the more times they try them

    the iphone joke is funny cause my iphone 13 PRO hasnt worked a single day since i bought it, not even straight out of the box, im so glad i switched to iphone and am doomed forever trying to pay it off
