Samsung, decent hardware but abysmal customer service? Tell me something new. As for Apple and Blackberry, decent customer service and after sale support is a contradiction in terms for American manufacturers.

Samsung have the worst customer service I've ever known, I've so far spent 6 weeks trying to get my in warranty phone repaired but im slowly losing the will to live. Will never buy another samsung phone again.
