    With not being acidic, alkaling water could also not dissolve as many chemicals in the bottle or processing plants, and thus last longer before drinking and perhaps be healthier for you (when compared to alternatives).

    I tested the PH of mamnybof those alkaline waters. The reading were 2 points either way. Do if the bottle said 8 on the PH it could of been 6-10. Do not buy those products.

    Are you promoting chemotherapy? Baking soda. Another scary natural compound. Arm'n hammer is NOT 100% baking soda since it too is out of the controlled foods and goods we have "access" to. When were you born?

    Much cheaper to chug a bottle of Draino! Don't do that, you will die! Ironically base burns are much worse than acid burns. Don't listen to Trump either.

    Good video! The label we all really need to see on a bottle of water needs to say no microplastics and no pfas. That would be a bottle of water that I would purchase overall brands. We need to demand this type of water on the Shelf as well as no heavy metals

    It turns you're body acidic this is why stopped helping people or trying to teach them they will forget or not listen in not here to help my fellow humans anymore only myself I spent over thirty years trying to get low functioning people aka neurotypical people to listen their frontal cortex is damaged or undeveloped I don't have the time or patience anymore maybe they will listen to YouTubers

    A little dirt never hurt. Sell good dirt to eat, because the food chain is hermetically producing our food. Do you understand how much dirt and gold was injested for ever until recently. Mushrooms cause mind scrambles of words..aphasia..and ptsd for a rise in smi levels which grow with time to brain rot.

    Glad you mentioned heartburn. I have acid reflux/gerd. When its bad, I'll grab a bottle of alkaline water, and its like liquid tums. It's great.

    You neglected the oral benefits. The acid produced by the bacteria in your mouth is much less concentrated than stomach acid and neutralizing it can prolong the life of your tooth enamel.

    I occasionally get heartburn (aka acid reflux) and take a 1/4 tsp of sodium bicarbonate in 4 ounces of water. If I haven't burped within 5 minutes (which is rare) I repeat with a second dose. I always get relief and go on with life. Why take Tums or Rolaids with a long list of extra unhelpful ingredients?

    Yeah using baking soda in a drink is just as dumb. Your body needs 4Normal Hydrochloric Acid to break down contents in the stomach or gut. Your body knows how to deal with it. When you add negative ions (bases) like baking soda (suggested in other videos) you are stopping the ability of your gut to break down food to a size where enzymes can finish digestion. Your body will balance your acids and bases without you doing additional things. If you have heartburn, there are solutions that work neutralizing your acid because the pyloric valve is leaking is not much help. Treat the pyloric valve with a doctor please do not try to do it yourself at home.

    Excellent video as always. You missed the most basic fact. Water is mildly acidic so ALL tap water is treated to make it mildly alkaline so it does not corrode the pipes and fittings. To make alkaline water at home just add 1/8 tsp Baking Soda to 16 oz of water. Very…dare I say it…base knowledge

    Achieving Balance sounds like a good thing, but is it? Look at Star Wars. Anakin Skywalker was meant to restore balance to the force. If the Jedi Counsel understood what this meant the Jedi would have killed the boy at once.
    Before Anakin The Light side had Hundreds or perhaps thousand of Jedi Knights, the Dark Side had 2 Sith.
    After Anakin, the Sith still had two (though one had changed) and the Jedi had 2. Balance was restored, at great cost to everyone.

    I am an accountant. Been a big pile of work catch up day and have had youtube open all day playing video after video. Got to the end of your Cheerios video posted earlier (7/30) and got to the referral at the end to click through to the recommended video to help the channel (FANTASTIC idea by the way) – next video opened (this one) and then it literally kicked me out of my google account and made me sign back in with two factor to "prove i'm not a bot" just interesting… Not as interesting as this alkaline water tho 🥤

    I just dump one zero calorie/sugar packet of lemon propel powder into my half gallon water bottle to have some taste and let it stop there. So I was always confused by the types of water people pay for. I get tap water in the US is gross (some better than others) but im not paying 5 bucks for a .8 liter bottle of special water
