Mudvayne and Static-X to Celebrate Iconic Albums in Fall 2025 US Tour
In a thrilling announcement for nu-metal aficionados, Mudvayne is set to hit the road for a Fall 2025 US tour celebrating the 25th anniversary of their groundbreaking album, L.D. 50. Joining them on this monumental journey will be the iconic Static-X, who will pay tribute to their seminal release, Wisconsin Death Trip. The tour promises a blast from the past featuring opening act Vended, a fresh metal act with family ties to the genre’s elite.
Kicking off on September 11 in Dubuque, Iowa, the 30-city extravaganza will wind its way across the country, culminating in a show on October 26 at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut. Concertgoers can expect to rock out in major cities like Chicago, Denver, Las Vegas, and Boston, rekindling the spirit of the nu-metal explosion from the early 2000s.
A Journey Through Time
Both L.D. 50 and Wisconsin Death Trip are considered bedrocks of the nu-metal scene. With tracks that defined a generation, Mudvayne’s innovative sound and Static-X’s relentless energy left indelible marks on fans and musicians alike. Mudvayne, known for their complex musical structures and theatrical performances, reunited in 2021 after a long hiatus, while Static-X has been on the road with the enigmatic frontman Zer0 since 2018, following the untimely passing of original vocalist Wayne Static in 2014.
