Built to Spill – Perfect From Now On – ALBUM REVIEW
One of the earliest albums that really got me excited about music, discovering music, and NEW music was the 1997 album Perfect From Now On by Built to Spill. It was their debut for Warner Bros Records, and after picking up the CD at a nearby shop back in ’97, I became obsessed with the band! In this video, I do a little unboxing, which is the 10th anniversary vinyl pressing. I dig into the LP in an album review, going deeper into why it’s among my favorite LPs from the 1990s while touching on personal highlights from the album. I share some quotes from notable online publications that talk about the album and its impact on indie rock.
