Larry Wright, Jr. (Ponca Tribe of Nebraska) is the new Executive Director at the National Congress of American Indians (NCAI). A former tribal chairman of 11 years, he has served as the Acting Executive Director at NCAI in addition to his role as the Director of Leadership Engagement for the organization.
