Do scientists think octopuses are ALIENS??
Today, we’ll be talking about a paper published by a team of ~30 scientists that suggests maybe octopuses came from another planet. While it was only a portion of the larger topic they explored, it made a lasting impact on social media in the last few years. I’ll be giving some context on why it was brought up, what other scientists have said about their ideas, and I’ll introduce you to more general octopus characteristics that make them seem otherworldly. And of course, we will answer the question: are octopuses really aliens?
