Robots Cooking: The Restaurant of the Future
More investments and new food technology are being developed, that will have robots taking over commercial kitchens, and food businesses.
This video takes a look at the different ways robots and artificial intelligence are being used to cook for us, today and in the future. There is also the new business idea of ghost kitchens, kitchens that are set up just to make online food deliveries.
Companies highlighted in this future of food documentary video: Spyce Restaurant, Creator Restaurant, Miso Robotics and CaliBurger with the Flippy cooking assistant, Amazon and their Alexa enabled kitchen devices, the Sally salad vending machine by Chowbotics, Zume Pizza and their pizza making robot, ghost kitchens along with the online food delivery business industry and Uber Eats and Deliveroo.
