Two separate judges saw it, neither appointed by a republican, and okayed the raid so the timing must be solid. There is no way she loses her seat so this wasn’t aimed at that outcome at all. Does she even have a challenger? It’s a +25 blue district so this wasn’t aimed at affecting her election. It could be aimed at exciting the base and motivating them to show up to other races.
