I’d say David Ellefson has just got too much on his plate, especially with Metal Church

I took Dave to mean that they were no longer touring. If they want to release more music, i'm all ears. The most recent albums were superb.
My guess: there will be a deluxe version of 'Megadeth' with all the extra / bonus tracks included.

MegaDave isn't someone who keeps to their word often. Remember when he said they wouldn't play "Ride the Lightning" live? Haha, now they play it at almost every show. If he said he wouldn't release another album on one day, they'll release an EP on the following week. Doesn't really matter to me though, I've just learned to tune his talking out.

10:34 That statement alone deserves the Peace Prize. I am against war and violence as a principle. Of course I support Ukraine, for it is a conflict spilling out into the rest of Europe. As a Scandinavian I cannot support Putin’s war on Ukraine and NATO (I also think Ukraine should be an automatic member of NATO).

Vlad … with what you said in this video "just be a good human being" you went so many rungs up on my respect ladder. You are so right. You cannot champion every thing and you need to prioritise what you support and ummmmmm… I think Ukraine hits pretty close to your heart and is your priority. I feel for you brother and thank you for everything you do for our metal community and what you are doing for your country.

You're talking about bands that nobody has cared about for 40 years or bands that nobody has ever cared about in the first place lol. Slayer could have hung it up after Hell Awaits and been remembered much more fondly. Nobody listens to Megadeth after RiP. Priest haven't been relevant since the early 80s. Trivium? Uh, that's not even metal. You sound like you just read Revolver and Blabbermouth and Metalsucks on the internet and are otherwise completely out of the loop.
Edit: Those publications, may I add, hardly ever even talk about metal aside from shit my grandmother liked. Usually it's Slipknot this and Lorna Shore that.

Think it makes sense for Megadeth to release any more albums now that they're retiring it just doesn't make sense to me. The last album they made was OK but I wasn't great. I mean I liked it, but it wasn't their best but that's my option. I feel like it's time to for us fans, especially me to move on from Megadeth but finding a new thrash band to replace Megadeth with is hard because none can do it so I guess I'm gonna have to move on. Oh well at least I had fun listening to them and I saw them live once and only once.

If they released another track that kicked arse over last album then cool. I thought the final album sounded like “toy metal” no dark evil riffs, would’ve love to hear some Peace Sells darkness
