We perceive energy first via solar plexus, aka intuition. We simultaneously process the information energetically and then the brain processes it. That’s why we have gut feelings that don’t make sense at first.

While biking through an 'elite' neighbourhood to bring the post and newspapers, I think of how disgusting these people live in their castles and drive their luxurious cars, I hate them. Then I notice some inhabitant mowing the grass (not the gardner), caring the roses, playing with kids, and I smile my big smile, greet him and praise the garden……later I am sooo surprised about my reaction. And I am thankfull.

I've relived moments with quite a long period between. It is weird to relive scenes with dialogue and all. It is strange and not quite comforting about what reality is and isn't. They are never critical scenes not on the surface anyway, just random. Something is definitely off about this play we are in called life and reality.

That our minds are aware after our consciousness has already made the decision interpreted by the brain is just proof that the brain is not the same as consciousness itself. It in no way negates free will. Of course the brain and body will always be slower than real time since they are bound by "C" itself. And consciousness is not bound because it is immaterial, but it has no say in the time it takes for the consciousness' decisions to get interpreted by the physical brain and then arise in the mind…these processes take time and there's no way around it. But that does not mean consciousness does not exist in real time itself. We all know there is such a thing as "realtime", we also know that the material body sense organs can never experience this "realtime" but that does not negate its existence…MOST IMPORTANTLY, we need to know the difference between AWARENESS vs. Consciousness. They are two different things. For awareness to arise, there must FIRST BE CONSCIOUSNESS. Therefore consciousness is primal and elemental and realtime and awareness comes AFTERwards, which is why there is a lag.

This is a terrible study. The time between making a decision and making outward indications youve made a decision is always going to have a delay. Nervous system response and conscious realization and thinking are subject to the rules of reality just like everything else.
