My take on this, is that IG would would be the preview of the person and if you are truly paying attention, when you go out in person you have all the conversation starters you could possibly need. You will be exploring deeper. No longer surface level. And you verbally articulate that to the person. And the way women are so scared of men these days, saying they'd rather have the bear, well…

To give one answer to her question at the end: I believe in fated encounters but that they become what we make of them. We have free will in the situation or with the person, but meeting them or experiencing whatever it was was fated. So both can coexist. 🙂

I remember my Son as a 16 year old asking how he could get girls to talk to him.
I replied “Just ask them about THEM”
Girls will always reply when asked about THEIR opinions/day/fav things etc

I’d like to hear her speak more to matching speaking style and length to temperaments. I regularly provide more detail than my wife wants. My wife regularly provides less detail than I want. This usually results in me engaging with her more via asking more questions and her tuning out before I feel we’ve had a chance to have a meaningful conversation. It’s profoundly disheartening. All the more so because I have wonderful conversations in nearly every other relationship in my life.
