New Hampshire has some of the most permissive knife laws in the United States. The state allows law-abiding residents to own and carry a wide variety of knives without significant restrictions.
New Hampshire gun laws are almost non-existent. There are only two restrictions (so far). 1.) Guns are prohibited on school property and in courts of law. 2.) No loaded rifles in vehicles.
There are gun advocates wanting to get rid of these restrictions as well. No license is required for carrying concealed.

It’s a concealed weapon. It’s legal with a license, but I’m guessing Conan doesn’t have one.
