Silicon Valley Congressman: I Know These AI CEOs, And I Know What They Want To Do

More Perfect Union | September 4, 2026

We took Ro Khanna to Pennsylvania to talk to workers about AI, and how it could kill their jobs.

The Silicon Valley lawmaker’s district is getting rich off AI.

We sat him down with workers who share the fear of millions of Americans — that AI could take everything.

More Perfect Union is an Emmy-winning, nonprofit newsroom whose mission is to build power for working people. Here’s what that means: We report on the real struggles and challenges of the working class from a working-class perspective. We attempt to connect those problems to potential solutions. We report on the abuses and wrongdoing of corporate power. And we seek to hold accountable the ultra-rich who have too much power over America’s political and economic systems.

These tech billionaires read dystopian novels and go "yeah but if I had that technology I would be different!".
They're delusional. They KNOW they're eliminating jobs, and refuse to solve the issue of what the hell we're supposed to do to survive. They KNOW they're ruining our land, but they don't care because it's not their backyards.

They laugh about eliminating jobs, what about the people? What then?

Silicon Valley is the home of high tech (probably now outside of China) but you don’t have to study an image of the place to see that it’s as backward as any place else.

It’s car centric. Sprawl. Single family homes. Sure there’s Waymo but the transit sucks. The region specializes in banality

And what you can’t see is the most important country clubs and best schools are no exemption tech free spaces.

AI wouldn't give us the cure for cancer. Every model wants to eliminate any human that stands in its way, and once it cured it, it wouldn't have a reason to exist anymore.

Since it learns off humans and is programmed by humans, and humans have already done this in history many timesover, it too will do this.

We should have elected Andrew Yang when we had the chance

"And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name" Revelation 13:16-17

ALL of these "AI" companies, and the paid for politicians are being deceitful. They are lying about these TEMPORARY blue collar jobs, just like they are lying about all the water they are stealing via the AI data centers. FYI- Cooling systems are closed systems, why the hell are they sucking up all of our water????

Perhaps it wouldn't be so bad if they'd build in long abandoned that are already zoned for industrial use, instead of stealing rural and residential property. Now people are losing their properties, AND we're still stuck with decaying eyesores from previous industries.

The Bible was not lying you duck brains! the Antichrist's ' mark of the beast' system 666 is coming… you will take the Mark or you will have your head cut off! the Bible says you won't be able to hide.

What moratorium is going to defeat the quality of life for the natural environment and the human residents? NONE … AI will be useless if there’s no one to train it (aka use it) if crops have no birds, bees, bugs to pollinate them. Even billionaires have to eat. Maybe now is a good time for them to move to mars. See how they enjoy living in a naturally hostile environment.

Unions got weaker in large part because companies realized their best way of destroying the union, was to bribe it's leaders. It worked. Union members lost faith. They lost hope. And, make no mistake, they knew their union leaders were corrupt and that they were being tossed under the bus. I was just a kid and I'm old now, but I still remember names of the corrupt union leaders at my dad's work. It was a beautiful, small town. A shell of itself now. And, many of the spawn sired by those corrupt leaders are still living there, now scamming the government for assistance. I'm not being spiteful. They really are.

"hurry up and give us all your resources and money so we can remove your job" yeaaaaaaaaaa I'll pass bud……. Musky saying "There'll be a lot of trauma along the way" how about you step down, and you get to be the experiment receiving the trauma, instead of the innocent people? I don't think your words convey enough integrity or seriousness Musky. You're welcome to say the same. We could do this in a reasonable manner, instead of destroying everything Musky; instead of the – oh we got it all figured out, to then realizing the software/reasoning isn't even CLOSE to ready; your typical game-plan btw if you didn't notice.

Did you guys know, there was a Presidential Candidate in 2019 that PREDICTED EVERYTHING talked about here? He's even in this video, multiple times! Most notably though, he is the one driving this video's point home at 17:01. His name is Andrew Yang – he, more then Joe Biden (who of course beat him soundly to become President in 2020), was more equipped to deal with the issues with have today. I honestly believe if we had voted him in instead of Biden and Trump – we wouldn't be facing the issues we are now with reliance on AI and Oil, and especially vs China. There wouldn't be such craziness over AI Datacenters which would've been more responsibly built out, even if it slowed us down. And even though there still would be Job Loss (that part is inevitable), people would've at least been backstopped with tax money from the very things that took their Jobs away. Would there still be some issues – of course, no one is perfect. But lets just look at the past 10 years since the start of Trump's 1st term – it's pretty evident that the Partisan Politics that made Trump President is also wrecking America as we speak.

And sadly, I'm now in the belief that it's already too late. The reputation of the United States of America is in tatters across the world. Our Military is weakening by the day. Our enemies get bolder by the day. And our Politicians want to just stick their head in the mud and pretend none of these things are happening on their watch and hope Trump can handle it all – when in fact he's already driven us off the cliff and we are all just waiting to hit the bottom. There isn't anyone on the Left to save us now – those on the Right don't even care. They care more about "Owning the Libs" then anything else – congratulations, you Owned the Libs. You also just probably Owned yourself into oblivion. And there is nothing any of us can do about it at this point, just as much as we've probably past the Point of No Return on Global Warming.

We've only just went off the cliff. We haven't started feeling the fall yet. And we most certainly have not hit the bottom yet.

If the info in the Nerd Reich is correct…. they don't care that they are ruining the economy, environment, or anyone's lives, or losing insane amounts of money… they are building a digital prison for us, and a digital garden of eden for them (the tech oligarchy). This is biblically scary.

"1/3 of the nations wealth is sitting in a 50 mile radius around where we are" that's insane. But, when we think about how fiat/the-dollar is essentially made up, and, we are using dollars to attribute wealth, it's just an illusion lol. The real wealth/value is in the people. If it weren't' for the people, there would be no customers (or, tax dollars more likely in this case), and that 50 mile radius would be, relatively, worthless – even if it was a lot of dollars still. Very strange that 1/3 of the nations wealth could be considered in such a small area.

Ro Khanna is untrustworthy. He's done nothing to help any of us. He postures and drafts bills that look good and have no teeth. The very definition of a Paper Tiger. IDK why this channel is wasting time on him. Interview his rivals. Let's see who we can support in his district that may actually do something that may actually have a positive impact for the people.

Most of these videos are GOING NOWHERE with very few comments from the public on such huge issues and nobody donates much money to More Perfect Union,
What kind of people work behind More Perfect Union? DO YOU WANT MY HELP OR NOT?
I garnered 10 MILLION visitors through my public 10 years over at TWITTER,
