A time capsule straight out of April 1999, recorded during an evening of Comedy Central programming, including South Park.

This batch is packed with peak late-’90s advertising: video games, 1-800-COLLECT, strange products, sarcastic punchlines, dark humor, and the kind of commercials that probably wouldn’t make it past a marketing meeting today.

Nearly three decades later, the ads may be just as entertaining as the shows they interrupted.

These commercials all come from a single VHS tape donated by one of our subscribers, which I personally transferred/restored here in the Retro Dungeon.
