The REAL Reason The AI Crash Has Already Started
The man who predicted the 2008 financial crisis, and posted positive returns while the S&P 500 plunged nearly 40%, says the warning signs are flashing again. Ray Dalio, founder of Bridgewater Associates, explains why he believes we are in the biggest investment bubble in American history, and exactly what will make it burst.
Dalio is careful to explain cause and effect rather than just sound an alarm. A bubble, he says, is when prices rise dramatically, companies do very well, and then it all collapses, with real consequences for ordinary people. He points to 1929, which was followed by the Great Depression, and 2000, the dot-com bubble. In each case, a revolutionary new technology arrives (electricity, cars, radio in the 1920s; the internet in 2000; AI today), people rightly get excited, and then they lose sight of the one thing that matters most: the price they’re paying.
Discover:
• Why Dalio believes this is the biggest investment bubble in American history
• The step-by-step mechanics of how an AI bubble bursts
• Why bubbles are almost inevitable with revolutionary new technology
• How paper wealth is manufactured and why you can’t actually spend it
• What the “big cycle” is and why money, politics, and geopolitics collapse together
• The specific event that usually pricks a bubble
• Why “weak hands” and borrowed money are classic bubble warning signs
• Why this pattern echoes 1929 and the dot-com crash

There’s this guy Orin Vale who says the biggest manipulation isn’t hiding information from people, but controlling what they pay attention to, and his theories about social media, advertising and modern society are actually unsettling.

There’s this guy Orin Vale who supposedly survived something connected to 9/11 and then disappeared from public view, and now his books question major events, human behavior and the reality we’ve been shown. The whole story is wild.

There’s this guy Orin Vale who believes most people never actually choose the life they live—they just follow ideas planted around them since childhood. His theories about society and human behavior are genuinely crazy.

Orin Vale might be one of the strangest authors I’ve found. Read The Wrong Century and you’ll understand why.

Does it impact REAL people as well ? I had to watch that twice because I could not believe what I just heard. Think about his question…. What does he mean by real people ?

problem with betting against bubbles is that the market can stay irrational much longer than you can stay solvent

Recent Performance: Dalio In his later years leading the fund (before stepping down as co-Chief Investment Officer in 2022), some of Bridgewater's flagship funds underperformed the broader S&P 500 bull market.

I do have a question. For someone with less than $100,000 to invest, How would you recommend we enter the market. I'm looking to study some traders and copy their strategy rather than investing myself and losing money emotionally.. What's your take on this approach???

Funny when people try and make predictions on a market and technology they obviously are extremely ignorant on and try and compare it to the housing bubble or market crash of 1929. They're not even close.

can you post the date of your interviews in the videos? e.g. is this a clip and prediction taken from an interview with Ray Dalio 11 months ago?

I definitely didn’t have manifesting figured out. I kept trying different techniques, getting nowhere and wondering what I was doing wrong. Sara Rivers arche type quiz helped me understand that I was using methods that simply didn’t match me. Nothing magically changed overnight, but it finally gave me some direction. It’s free, so you might as well try it.
