She interviews SNAP opponent and Forbes columnist John Tamny, asking: How long it will take for kids to learn hunting and foraging techniques? Tamny’s dystopian vision of an America where poor people battle each other for existence (perhaps aired on TV for the masses) strikes Jessica as oddly familiar, and she’s determined to prepare NYC youth for the impending Hunger Games.
