We know that he who has memory is from the past. We understand that he who is aware is in the present. Then we must acknowledge that he who is enlightened is from the future.
Humility is the hand of the hourglass. The years transform into a moment that defines an age. The weight of the future is the past and by the present it is belate. When the present circumstance becomes unbearable the past will come crashing down destroying the future.

Logically. How can we human beings naturally be free of the residue of the past ('Emotion') and all of its constant negative influences? When we habitually think and talk about the past (dwell in the pain of our emotions). That is like attempting to remain dry whilst standing under a running shower.
