Texas Is The DYSTOPIAN ORWELLIAN Test State, Climate Change, China

christophertitustv | August 26, 2026

Why are Texas marijuana laws being compared to heroin? Find out why the state is tightening cannabis policy despite public opinion.

This video examines the current legal landscape surrounding Texas marijuana laws and the disconnect between state regulations and the population’s interests. We discuss the shifting political climate and analyze why recent legislative decisions feel contradictory to many residents. If you are following the status of cannabis legalization in the South, this breakdown clarifies the current reality.

We also touch upon the irony of Joe Rogan moving to Texas, specifically regarding his expectations for relaxed cannabis policy. By looking at the strict stance authorities are taking, we highlight the gap between the state’s reputation and its actual enforcement actions. This is essential viewing for anyone interested in how Texas cannabis policy is impacting residents and public perception.

Subscribe for weekly policy breakdowns and let us know in the comments if you think marijuana laws in the U.S. will ever reach a consensus.

I would NEVER buy a BYD car! What the CCP allows to be said in public about BYD and the reality of BYD is vastly different! Look up China insider, I believe the host's name is David… Zhang, maybe? He's a Chinese Ex-Pat who gets videos smuggled out of China, and they are WILD! Tofu dreg buildings are everywhere. Executives and owners of large companies like BYD are buddies with officials in the CCP, so they get away with the most diabolical crap!

China insider has videos of BYD cars catching fire, cars literally falling apart, leaving a trail of pieces on the freeway, straight up bricking in the middle of a drive, things like that. Supposedly, they also have a habit of exploding. A man was electrocuted and killed by a BYD vehicle when it locked he and his passenger in the vehicle and he tried to get it unlocked. The CCP made up some crap about a heart condition so BYD didn't get exposed. Those things are shoddier than Teslas! NEVER buy a BYD car that was actually made in China!

I posted some of those videos on Nextdoor, because there's a BYD plant in my community. All identifying markings and signs (except for the address) have been removed from the building. I guess word does travel fast in a small town! Our mayor is corrupt as shit, so the plant is still here, it's just not as easy to find! 🤷🏻‍♀️

the backstabbing Turncoat CEO of Ford said what now…………….. the Big 3 make me so angry with this American crap, they sold out America decades ago and went world wide carmaker, they don't give a crap about Built in America other then using it as a Buzz word, they abandoned the American workers, then abandoned quality to chase greed and now have totally abandoned the consumers to speed run making disposable cellphones on wheels that has Gov spy devices forced on us. oh and you can Directly thank the CEO of GM for taking a Fat China bailout the same time they got the bailout for the housing crash… in exchange they gave china manufactures access to much older designs from like the 70-80s ALLOWING china to really speed up crumple zones and reasonable quality control and become the global threat that they are to the auto industry. I honestly every single day Wish for the big 3s end, I view them as threat to America and a foreign invaders on American soil and i fully believe ford and GM and specially the slimy rotten greasy snakes at stellantis should be banned from selling cars trucks SUVs.
the Big 3 want to take my right to repair. the very thing i spend in and out of school 20 years learning and trying to apply as a trade….you want to take my bread and butter this is war.

Yeah, and the president of Ford also said the F150 lightning was the way forward, then said batteries are too expensive, and the best selling battery electric truck was cancelled. I'm sure dealers ramping up prices had nothing to do with Ford missing sales targets. The Lightning was the best selling electric truck on the market. Now they're going to try again with the Fathom. oh, and it has a big battery that apparently is not too expensive? Why did he cancel the Lightning again? Ford had it and blew it. Oh. I bought a second hand pro model with the standard battery, drove cross countey 1200 miles for a third of what my old RAM 1500 would have cost. Its a wonderful vehicle! We havent bought gasoline in 7 months, my electrical bill has (here in Ontario Canada) gone up by about $40.00 a month, and because of carbon credits I get paid to charge it at home, which at the moment is 3 cents per kilowat hour, deposited to my account.

This THC ban is insane, completely insane. Thriving businesses sprang up to sell THC, they are essentially bankrupted. It’s completely nuts. Less than a gram is a felony, with 2 years in prison, that like a quarter of a gummy. Lunacy.

'The rich are against solar because they cannot get an income stream from it. Solar is the most democratic power system. Panels and batteries empower (literally) individuals to power their own homes. Communities can work together to setup solar and batteries to allow the community to function without paying the rich. Solar is anathema to the rich. You can't force people to subscribe to the sun (yet).

Trees and plants dose help stop global warming. Not near as much as oceans and the plant life in it. The water traps it and the plant life use it. Then the water cools and sinks trap it at the floor. If it warms to much, It will break system and release it back in the air. That why we have bleaching of the coral reefs, PH of the water.

Texas is just keeping it as a schedule 1 drug, it's been a schedule 1 drug since 1971 and has been illegal for almost 90 years (1937). It should be scheduled just like alcohol and tobacco as both of those are MUCH more physically damaging to the human body. Trump made it schedule 3 last december.

I lived in Texas all my life and I remember when it used to be a great state. The past 30 years has really beating us down and put us down to where we shouldn’t really be as a state. I can talk your ear off about what they’re doing down here with the Texas compassionate use program the anti-hemp movement within the govt, and all that junk. It’s ridiculous and we’re gonna try to vote their asses out.

Oh yeah, and after Abbott sue the insurance company to get his compensation from being hit by a tree and became governor, he make sure no one else could do that. He’s a chair bound asshole.
