Pizza restaurants perforate their dough prior to cooking in order to avoid bubbles forming on the surface. If you ever get a pizza with a bubble, its because they didnt perforate it properly.

Hearing that tugg doesn’t have any buffets very near him was genuinely shocking to me, as I literally know three buffets within a 15 minute drive of me. Now, granted I do live in Texas.

Brother please spend like 10 minutes of your life researching how to properly set up your camera focus so it isn't constantly racking focus every time you breathe lol

Unlocked core memories of dining at the buffet in The Luxor in Las Vegas back in the early 2000s. The line to get into the buffet area was so long that there was a whole stanchion maze to get through. And an overhead TV was constantly looping the Blue Man Group performances.

I worked at a similar buffet for several years. It was almost identical. There's tons of these international buffets with Hibachis all over the US & they all have similar menus & identical business models – literal human trafficking. At least one was shut down because the owner was locking the staff in a basement at night & a neighbor reported it. The one i worked at had all the employees crammed into a couple apartments. We're talking like 8+ people in a tiny one bedroom place. They had to pay to be hired, split all tips evenly among all other servers & the bus boys. They worked 14 hour days with 1 break for only those tips they all shared. Many spoke only enough English to barely do their job & while they were allowed to leave the apartments on their rare days off, they all mostly stayed home because they couldn't really get around well. Our city has abysmal public transit. My manager insisted that they were all independent contractors & they were provided room & board so it was all good. They also definitely committed a ton of health & safety violations. My manager literally did not believe in food poisoning. He was the only one of the owners who knew English well enough to pass the test for required food safety certification & still needed my help to study. He scoffed & laughed at it all as we reviewed. It was all BS according to him. The manager before him also forced the servers to work while they were sick & tried to force me to work while sick. If they were truly too sick to work they got fired on the spot & taken back to the apartment to pack. I wish i was kidding.

General Tso's chicken I believe requires a chicken which has not layed eggs, which given the nature of the american meat industry would only be possible if you specifically partnered with a local farm and pay a fortune for the chickens. So no General Tso's chicken in america is not authentic.

Bruh the clams, oysters and mussels are the best part xD I always fill my plate with that and salmon sushi (although the sauce on that oyster was the part that seemed weird… wtf was that sauce lol)
Also crazy that a major city doesn’t have buffets around? There’s at least 3 I know of in Miami lol

Man, being a big fella, I LOVE buffet. But yeah, it's so hard to come by one that also is a bargain. I recently visited SF and the only one I found on Google Maps was at a strip club. Luckily, I stumbled upon a Fire and Ice at Pier 39. It was a bit pricy, but the food was great! Sea food included!

If you’re ever looking for a trip within NY, (mostly if this vid does good for you idk I feel like money is good) I think you would genuinely LOVE a lot of the food in upstate ny. But a very very specific area, it’s only stuff like that’s made there. I’ve grown up with it and have just learned that like half of my favorite foods from my local restaurants are just..In my area?

Kinda hoping you’re in a fatass mood right now idk

you know a buffet is gonna slap hard AF when they still have a smoking/non-smoking sign still kicking around, bonus points if they use it as a wet floor sign woth some ancient printout woth more holes than a slice is swiss and enough tape to look straight up mumified.
