What had me stop playing phone games and delete most social media apps by 2022 was exactly this. I wanted to check something on Instagram and within 3 seconds I forgot what I wanted to check and realized I was hooked. After it happened for the 5th time, I had to let my friends know I would only react to the memes they sent me privately on a social platform. To turn on that awareness, let alone fight the habit, is probably where most get stuck. So I implore anyone who finds themself in a similar situation to do what's right for you and your mental health. It sucks, but I see what it does, the torture it is, to the people who give in every day, year after year. It fits the dystopian narrative.

The theory of IQ score declining especially in universities has been debunked and the reason was not made public in the west. You see the IQ level didn't decline in Korea, China the Middle East and Japan (especially japan which still not only has the population with the highest IQ in the world (look it up) but the IQ level is increasing in japan, as well as Korea and China. Where it is declining is in Europe, the US, Canada, Australia, more than anywhere else in the world, except Russia and some Eastern European nations where the IQ is either increasing or stable. The IQ in all the other western nation has never declined more than in the past 25 to 30 years. The reason was simple and it was kept secret in the west for two reasons 1 it would show that western govs made a huge mistake and 2 the truth would cause social uproar. The reason is simple, affirmative action. Those western universities decided on getting more and more student based on diversity rather than actual academic skills, and ….. IQ or intelligence.
China, Japan, Korea, the Middle East, Russia and many countries in Eastern Europe, did not !
You should never be allowed to enter top universities because of your ethnicity, gender, orientation, socio-economic background, etc,…. it should always be based on your IQ. Also Asia, the Middle East and Eastern Europe do not open their borders and flood their countries with herds of people from different cultures creating a shift in culture and difficulty for the original inhabitants of a land to focus on what matters because they have to fight those new issues, such as insecurities and loss of jobs and economic collapse. Those did not happen in the countries which did not open their borders like Japan, China, Korea, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Eastern Europe, the UAE, Israel, etc,…
People are not getting dumber in Asia, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. People are getting dumber and dumber in western and northern Europe and it is done on purpose by the government because a dumb population, plus a scared population plus a poor population is extremely easy to control.

Hahahaha I got on a good day 10 notifications… including Youtube and Text-Messages. XD The most important part of this is the User. If the User uses the Smartphone for Calls, Text-Messages and specific Informations and not to fill up the time of a day without sense and meaning… it will simply not work. Without TV, Newspaper and Radio at home you choose your consume of media and informations with more control. For example… I have a very old Smartphone without internet connection only for playing two very old Games and only when I'm in the mood of playing them (nostalgia).

As a human nower days you have to be more picky, more selective… that's all.
If I start watching Shorts here on Youtube I set a goal for me, like when I see something cute like a Bird or an other Animal and than I stopp put my Phone away and to something else.

Fun fact [3:58] context switching on a CPU takes time. The current context must be stored. Then the other context is loaded. A brain is different, but still funny to see the same issues. Context switching is expensive. By the way, a CPU also has a cache. What is described afterward are cache misses. Also, very expensive, because then the result have to acquired again. For maximum performance, you take all the shit away and do only one task. No external influence like a smartphone. Switch it off.

Then you run across a person who knows this has been happening for over a decade… And likes to swim around in the brain fog… There is a certain mystery involved… Why do we read mystery novels? And the fog reveals stuff the light does not… It's a change of perspective…

Shit I walk around in the depths of the shadows for fun… Brain fog is a walk in the park!

It’s what they have been testing and making for years …. When we were all locked away in Covid is when they put the mind sounds out there . The sounds are very high and cause aggitational feelings … it’s all to control
