also about the clonable thing, one of the main things that make this super weird is that people could use your face and voice to generate ANY sort of video, and when they can generate any video, they could and probably will generate creepy, nsfw and/or illegal videos of you trying to sell products or other things. also the other day i saw an ai generated video of an ai girl trying to sell a shirt with an ai generated face on it. i dont think it can get any worse than that anymore

I am honestly just amazed by the visual inflation that occurred between 2015-2026. Because nowadays, most of these guys would not even dent the ceiling of internet fame, based solely on being that year's cutest white boy. I guess their luck also laid in the fact that girls were clamoring for a more accessible alternative to Justin Bieber; A blip in the zeitgeist which also worked for Austin Mahone.
