-Midnight Phone Usage: You CAN reduce the brightness on your phone, if it is too bright. Before I needed eye glasses, I used blue light glasses for my electronics. Now, that I have reading glasses (and soon regulars), I will bought blue light lens that attach to my glasses with a clip. That does help with the screen, too. It also stops night time cell phone use from keeping you awake at night.
